Dhvani (Meditation) 
In these one on one sessions, I will guide you to a place of inner stillness within you through guided meditations. These meditations will be based on present moment awareness, sound meditation, chakra meditation, sensation meditation and breath awareness. I will use tools like tapping, tuning forks, tibetan bells and other musical instruments. These sessions will be tailored to meet your need in the present moment.
These meditations will help you relax, free your body from muscle tension and slow down the racing thoughts in your mind. A relaxed body means a relaxed nervous system. To be fully present to our day to day happenings, we need a calm nervous system. These sessions will help you practice being in the present moment by helping your mind focus on your breath, sounds sensations etc. The meditations will empower you in ways that will help you show up fully and peacefully engage with life
The different meditation experiences offered are:
Sound meditation : The sounds of the hand pan drum, kalimba and other instruments, take you into tranquility.
Sensation meditation : The vibrations of the tuning forks free up the muscle tension bringing ease into your body.
Chakra meditation : The sounds of the different Tibetan bowls, each associated with a chakra, guide you into alignment and harmony.
